Added 2022-04-02 18:02:29 +0000 UTCTwo photos! The first is not very sexy, I know. In 2014 I participated in an ultramarathon in Philadelphia, where I ran just over 76 miles in 24 hours. This photo was taken near the end, during a break. The scale was to track how much water I lost by sweating so I could try and stay hydrated... but I was not feeling great. My feet were swollen for ten days afterward! The second photo is from a Boston Marathon weekend, and shows you how I fuel for a long run.
