Probably going to create a video to talk about this more, but I’ve challenged so many of my prejudices & im so excited for the year ahead. I went to my first, second and third bathhouses… and all I can say is that it was a powerful communal experience. I didn’t realize how much I enjoyed people watching me engage w other people!!! Also my ADHD thrives in gay sauna environments. Something funny I noticed - it seems most of the people were on stuff! Which makes sense but I arrived and stayed sober. Not sure if that streak will continue but I see why people like these sooo much!! But don’t you think you’ll ever catch me at one in my local municipality as I really value the anonymity that foreign and or non-chicago places give me. Let me know your thoughts over DM’s 💭
