

My morning is my time, setting the tone for the whole day😊 I wake up without rushing, stretch in bed, and start with a glass of warm water with lemon😼 Then, I do a light workout to wake up my body and move on to skincare—cleansing, moisturizing, and SPF. Breakfast is a must for me, whether it’s oatmeal with berries or an avocado toast. And of course, I can’t go without a cup of aromatic coffee. I try to avoid my phone for the first 30 minutes to stay calm and start the day mindfully and in a good mood✨
