Now, let’s be honest—wouldn’t the idea that people are willing to give you money to have sex with you boost your self-confidence? I bet it would. And for some women, it does :).
Believe it or not, for many women, being a successful spicy workers is about gaining self-confidence. Some of these women have shared that they’ve always struggled with low self-esteem. They doubted their appearance, thinking they were too slim, too big, had small breasts, large breasts—whatever it might be. They never thought they were beautiful.
So they sought validation to confirm their fears of being unattractive—and ended up in a sex club. To their surprise, many men preferred them over the stereotypical “sexy plastic blondes.” And so, they stayed, because working there gave them something they had always craved: self-confidence.
An extreme version of this category includes women who don’t struggle with self-confidence at all—in fact, they are highly narcissistic. They thrive on attention—whether it’s from men, other women, managers, or staff. Everyone must adore them. These women are often the most cooperative when it comes to marketing for our club. They’re happy to be featured on Instagram, Facebook, and more. They simply love being the center of attention. And of course, in a place like sex club, a girl gets plenty of attention.
