This is a question I get asked a lot, and the answer is yes and no. First of all – we can't do any type of advertising for an open position for sex workers. Even though it's legal to be a sex worker, the brothels can't put any advertising on job portals alongside the normal job offers. The girls need to find us; we don't find them.
But once they contact us, they need to go for an interview with us – they need to have all the valid papers, and we need to provide them with all the information about the club and the system in which they will be working. Their first day is always a bit busy because there's a lot of paperwork, and we need to explain everything to them and make them feel safe, comfortable and welcome.
