I checked out a few breweries/bars and a little ice cream shop with some friends to enjoy the nice weather…until I overheard someone at the bar mention it was about to thunderstorm in 18 min! Well, I had ridden my scooter today and was still 30 min away from the train station at this point. So I quickly say my goodbyes and I cranked my scooter up as fast as she’ll go, FLYING toward the train stop. Haha apparently when 460lbs of purple-striped curves is speeding toward you, it makes an impression! I had 3 different people cheering me on as they dove out of the way 😂 Thankfully I made it with only a couple minutes of rain on me, for which I used my dress to cover the scooter and protect it. lol what an adventure! And a good reminder to bring an umbrella. 😉 ☔️
