Would anyone be interested if I started something ? Some tips that I do that really have made a difference for me:- going to bed at the same time (yes, even on weekends) with no phone use before bed - exercise, exercise, exercise. Anything helps, even just walking. I typically spend the evenings at the gym and weekends on my bike but you don't have to go that hard! - making my own low sugar muffins and vegetable rich meals while cutting out all sugar, alcohol, high carbs or anything else that negatively affects the body - practicing mindfulness and meditation - reading more and learning more on different topics - smiling more 😊- appreciating everyone for their differences - positivity
