

If you want to be the best, you can't just focus on the glamorous stuff like lifting heavy hitting the punching bag, & running fast; you have to embrace the suck, including stretching. Stretching may be tedious and time-consuming, but it's essential for maintaining your body, preventing injuries, and speeding up recovery. It's the unglamorous work that separates the good from the great, so do the stretching every day, even when you hate it. Stay lethal!
