I was disappointed not to get the dam on kate here but the depth of her molars on the buccal side were so shallow I couldnāt secure the clamp around the tooth without it being uncomfortable for the patient. It would have been ok if numbing was used but the cavity was so so shallow it hardly needed drilling never mind anaesthetic.
