

For those of you that look to me for some type of slightly porny fitness motivation, I know I haven't been posting workout stuff much recently. I promise I'm not slacking. I haven't been able to work my arms in a few months cuz of a pinched nerve in my shoulder and it's really showing in my appearance, mood, energy level and other areas. I so look forward to my workouts and the benefits to my physical and mental health. I really miss it and I think the lack of yoga is to blame for the back pain and stiffness I've been dealing with recently. My body is getting mad at me for not tryna continuously get sexier for you. 🤠My shoulder is improving, I'm stronger everyday but when my body is telling me to calm down to avoid injury I have to listen. We don't have free healthcare in this shit hole country. Lol.
