So as you can see in this video, I need to work a lot before even starting to use it properly ~ stretching, and familiarizing myself with it. So I am sorry but I won’t be able to do any proper videos with it until I am better at it. Just trying to put my weigh away from the pole (which I am practicing in the video) is hard enough. So I need to do it step by step, and I will practice every morning. The pole came with CDs too, probably teaching you some moves.
