Hey! I think I'm feeling better today. I even went for a walk with my friend (I don't know if she considers me a friend, but I hope she does)! Hey, everybody! Self-love post I have decided to switch to healthy foods and eliminate trans fats from my diet. However, the hardest part is that cheese has trans fats in it too. it will be hard to live without cheese..... You guys in the U.S., I envy you for eliminating trans fats from your cheese. I've been too thoughtless about what I eat. Even though I'm slim, I'm concerned about my health, so now I only eat healthy food (I don't care about calories, I'm not starving). The most difficult dishes I will give up : Pizza. Cheese (until I move to the US, or in minimal quantities) Burgers (I won't eat burgers made of buns, but I will eat burgers with rice instead of buns). I don't eat sweets as it is, so I don't have to worry about that.

Today I had my hair colored at the best studio I know. Catch some weird pics! okay i played baldurs gate 3 last night even though it was very late at night, but you can consider me lost now. because as you already know i'm a fan of this game. I'm also in love with that charismatic vampire Astarion. I've decided to start a new game so I don't miss out on any possible new things. My main character is a bard, of course I took Astarion on my team and also Gale and I wanted to take Shadowheart, but for some reason I changed my mind abruptly and I wanted to see the plot of Lae'zel(Besides, I killed a demon on the ship and then I thought I was missing a warrior with a huge weapon in my squad). I like Shadowheart better though, but okay.

Let me grumble at my light. My light does not want to live! it runs out after an hour of photos and I take photos for several hours, so the photosets are unfinished T_T I think I need a new light. I use several light sources, some background, some accent. Light is very important for photography, especially since I started taking photos at night. Hi, I want to tell you about my sleep problems. To begin with, I like to nap during the day and I like to sleep longer in general. But recently my sleep pattern has become so distorted that I stopped getting a sense of rest after sleeping at night and started waking up every hour. because of this I became sleepy and tired and now I sleep almost all day, constantly waking up and falling back asleep. This might seem not like a big deal, but it's a serious thing that is detrimental to my health and also leads to an incomplete life. I've been wanting to get health insurance for a long time and get all my health issues resolved, but now I want to do it urgently and also get results on my overall health and get my sleep issues sorted out. I want to make a promise to you and myself to at least get insurance within the next week and try to see some of the doctors I need to see I would really appreciate it if you would support me and write something kind to me in private messages..... I'm afraid of doctors, most of the time I've had doctors who are quite mean or unprofessional. But my health problems are getting bigger and it needs to be solved.
