Doctor Appointment Weigh-in Update So the last OFFICIAL weigh-in at a doctor appointment was 522. It was super disappointing for him more than me. He felt really defeated and low for awhile. I had a hard time pulling him out of that. Today, fatboy weighed in at 543! 21lbs in a few months. Weāll take it! He has an appointment again in 6 weeks, so letās see if we can keep this momentum. Regardless, heās broken his little up-and-down plateau! It seems like switching from homemade shakes to Boost has been the key! Also, consistency with eating times. Weāve been actively at this since early 2020 when he was a tiny lil 370lbs, and weāre still learning tips, tricks, and science behind it all.

Some contrast fun to get you through those midweek blues! I tried on some of fattyās clothes, and he TRIED to try on some of mine. One of my shirts is basically a sports bra on him, and one of his shirts is like Iām wearing a circus tent! I sometimes forget how strikingly different we are in size.
