The last week has been an absolute roller coaster, idk if anyone else has had any experience with fent but I just cared for 2 very close friends of mine while they were on it and then coming off of it. I’m not into that life, I don’t even smoke weed because it gives me panic attacks so I had never seen it before and let me tell you, what it did to my friends this past week I’ve never been so scared in my life! I didn’t even really know about narcan until this week but I sat by them the whole time with it on hand just in case. They turned into completely different people on it and then were totally vacant zombies at other times, I’ve never seen anything like it and hope I never do again. Both friends are in professional treatment centers now and I can finally take sometime to process all these feelings of the past few days. I know this isn’t sexy or anything I just wanted to take some time to talk about the reality of this drug and its impacts on those that use and then the people that care for them. I’m so glad everyone is safe and healthy, and right now I’m just imagining being on this beach in Belize. Hug your loved ones, life is shorter than we think.
