I keep losing track of time. not even sure why it is happening. to be honest I don't even know what to do to help it. dressing up today for this very hot weather. it's up to 30°c(86°f). such a jump from the cold weather we had. which of course I love my hot weather but man what a shock. this change though does mean more shorts & dresses😏

I am fine don't worry. just taking it slow to keep myself safe. this whole learning my limits thing is going to be a challenge. my body can't always handle what I did the day before & thanks okay. sometimes I can feel it before something happens & sometimes I can't. which is also okay. helps remind me that we can't always control when things happen but we are still strong. for me my body is trying to keep me safe, sometimes in the not so safest way but it's still trying to take care of me the best it knows how. some days that's me laying on the floor until I can move again that's me today. I'm proud of myself for realizing it before hand & working with my body. i layed on the floor for about 15 mins, not being able to move & as soon as I could I crawled my way to my bed where I knew I'd be safer. I did pass out for a few hours, which clearly my body needed it. I am okay. I'm not hurt. as soon as I felt it coming on I put myself on the floor instead of pushing & letting my body give out. I worked with my body to keep me safe❤️ i share my experience so others can understand that it is okay. that it will be okay❤️
