I had a pretty bad fall yesterday around 2am where I stepped on the edge of the stair accidentally, fell & hit my tailbone so hard I jumped back up before sliding down the rest of the stairs. it hurt but not that bad just a shock & winded from hitting the stair so hard. sure I cried but I was laughing. my mind was just so blown by what happened I couldn't be sad. I'm still laughing even trying to explain it. what a way to start the new year. maybe this means the rest of it will be good xD I am fine don't worry. it is just abit swollen & will probably bruise.
I am now in a lot more pain than I was & starting to feel stiff. i have been laying down for the most part with an ice pack & I've had ibuprofen, so I think moving around more today may be a good idea. I will look up things I can do that would help. I know I should probably lay down & relax but I find if I lay down too long I hurt. so changing it up even just a little should be fine. I won't have my legs going behind my head anytime soon but I can still do some walking around the house. does rolling around the bed count?🤣
