Story time 🙌🏻 I used to not only do, but teach “pole fitness” for years with my best friend and it was the most fun I ever had working! When I started suffering from DJD I had to stop doing pole because I was in too much pain. at that time I was not managing my diet or a proper fitness routine so even though I was doing pole I was not “in shape”. I have been afraid to get back up and do it for years but I am now in the best shape of my life and I’m thinking about jumping back in 🙌🏻 Obviously… this means that you guys are going to get a front row seat as my awesome subscribers 😊 i’m going to start adding my pole videos and pole pictures here (the ones with less clothes will be PPV and on my VIP page @gingerfever89vip ). I hope you will be supportive in my new (old) endeavor 🙌🏻
