I finally made it back to the gym after too many months. Physical therapy, being a new puppy mom, and just life in general has gotten in the way of my gym time. But my doctor says that it’s important for me to get back to working out regularly 🙌🏻 So here I am 😅 pushing through and figuring it out as I go 😌 I hope you are working on you when you can because no one else is going to know your body better that you 😏 I hope you have done something positive for yourself this week and if you have I would love to hear about it in the comments! The past few months have been so hectic that all of my self care has been out the window 😅 I promised myself recently that I would get back on my grind so this week I started by squeezing in a pedicure on lunch the other day 🤗 I have been way to busy to edit and post it till now 😅 so here we are 🙌🏻 This weekend I’m going to go replace my expired makeup and Next week I plan on getting back to my regular gym routine 🤸♀️ I think all of these things will help pull me out of my self love rut and give me opportunities to make some more fun content for you 😏 what are you planning on doing for you this week?

I only made it to the gym once this week 😅
After last weeks health scare that almost made me lose my mom.. 🥲This week started off with my daughter bringing home the flu from school 😷 then me getting it 🙃 followed along with the silly puppy poisoning himself eating weeds in the yard 😳🐶🙃 (he is fine now) let’s not get started on my mom finding out she had stage 3 cancer and needs chemo 😫 so.. In short form 🙌🏻 this week has been a lot and I’m still very sick 🤒 I will be doing exactly what I planned on doing and glamping (camping) 🙌🏻 while resting my way through the weekend trying to get better 😅 I hope your week has been better and you are making the most of your weekend despite any struggles you may be working through 🤗
