I’m still working to overcome being completely confident in the gym.. it’s intimidating! Especially when beginning, this is all a new environment to your brain. Be patient with yourself and embrace the discomfort. It’s ok to make mistakes.. i have some days where I have no idea what exercises i’m going to pull together.
Give yourself the credit that you showed up and are willing to step out of your comfort zone. You owe it yourself 🤍

✨Booty Progress Update✨
6 weeks of progress with these glutes and i’m really proud of it!!!
I truly appreciate all the advice you guys sent me during my live as well and planning to do another one next week!
I’ve been lifting consistently my lower body and working to start my upper body as well but really happy with how much stronger/ better my form has gotten when training my glutes!🍑
