If you canβt find them, though, theyβre also super easy to make! Simple dip your cauliflower in any non-dairy milk, then cover in your favorite spices and breadcrumbs, and fry, bake, or air-fry! Then toss in your favorite sauce. Enjoy!

Even if youβre not ready to go fully plant-based, cutting back on dairy is always a good idea π₯° Too much dairy consumption can lead to digestive problems, weight gain, and acne! Even if youβre not lactose intolerant. Fun fact, I first started cutting dairy to help my skin, and it immediately helped clear up my blemishes!
Luckily, so many places are offering yummy dairy-free options now. Like starbucks! If you wanna try cutting back your dairy consumption a little, but you still want that cup of coffee in the morning (like me!) try ordering any one of Starbucks flavored lattes with oat milk instead of regular milk. Oat milk is by far the creamiest, yummiest plant-based milk on the market right now.

This yummy vegan dinner is so easy to make and so affordable! π All you need is a can of hearts of palm and your favorite seasonings. For mine, I use lemon and pepper, since thatβs what I would put on seafood. Then you cut them into scallop sized pieces, and pan fry for a few minutes until they start to brown on the edges! π So yummy, so easy, and so healthy ππ

Upgrade your side dish game by making this spin on regular fries π Using beets, sweet potatoes, and turnips, these root veggie fries are healthier than regular fries but still delicious! Just cut up your roots into long skinny pieces, toss in some olive oil and salt and pepper, and air fry for 20 minutes at 400 degrees! You can use the oven too, I just love my air fryer π
