There are always times you can find a different more positive perspective on things no matter how bad they may seem in the moment. Change up your routine in order to make your training more efficient with new exercises then the normal ones your body is used to doing on the regular. There are usually no crazy additives especially if you choose sashimi. They have omega 3 fatty acids which is an essential nutrient and healthy fat.
