Grief is a bitch to deal with. It demands to be felt and it gets in the way of our daily function. But the bottom line is that regardless of what you believe in, it is fact that we will all die one day. We have all had to mourn the loss of things and humans. But it’s hard to be in mourning in this world because we have so many things to say about people moving through pain. Here’s what I have to say: feel it, don’t run from it, talk about it, cry about it, laugh about it. This life is hard enough without being isolated during tough times. So if you’re there right now I hope you know you are doing a great job. I love you. And you will come out the other side 💞 happy Friday and happy full moon in Aries. I’ve been trying to upload this video for two days. This past weekend I found myself at a nudist resort in California being put up by some new friends that wanted me on their podcast about nudism. I learned that this is a time in my life where questions and conversation go a long way. I am now asking myself hard questions about who I am as a nudist and a sexual being and what does that mean for me and how do I want it to look? Reflection continues. Here’s a nude yoga flow from my first morning there.
