The beach is my favourite place to be. It's healing properties are incredible! Grounding yourself heals every cell in your body (definitely research it if you're not familiar with it).
I also love to write, so you can imagine how good it feels when I combine the two. If the beach was my back yard, oh my how grounded I'd be 🥰🤗

Today was nice enough to finally head to the beach and get some much needed grounding done.
