Just because y’all twisted a video of mine and have thrown threats and hate and negativity and sas my way, does NOT mean that anything you are saying is factual. Actually, nearly everything is quite the opposite. If you “deep dived” into my FB you would learn a lot just there alone. However, I don’t have to prove myself to anyone. I also don’t have to “hide” and “not post content” out of “fear” that y’all are going to throw more shade my way.

I said what I said because I was harassed and I saw red and my ptsd was triggered. I recorded with my free will after to show perspective on what real life is like outside of your screens. I used the word “fag” and immediately corrected myself in the same sentence to SHOW YOU and make a POINT that you can FXCK up and fix yourself. You are human and human error exist. Especially, in a world where we were programmed for years with information and lies and hate and fear. Yes, I told the brown foreign manager whom was kicking me out of his store for no reason while corporate was trying to chew him out for his attitude on the phone prior to me arriving at the location, that if he was going to be rude to go back to his own country. YES, guilty for both comments.
The thing is, the first one was a learning experience that was triggered by the gay man Jamie calling me a c.u.n.t while trailing his arms almost hitting me for several minutes before I left the store, while over 50 bystanders watched and allowed a grown man to harass me (y’all haven’t seen the Home Depot store camera footage of what happened prior).
What I said to manager Hansen was after my ptsd was triggered from something rude he said after I told him to call the cops that I did nothing wrong to be refused a sale when I just walked in and had corporate on the line wanting to talk to them. They wouldn’t call the cops. From personal experience, usually people waiting for their green card would also not like the cops involved. My ex husband was using me for a green card, so I learned a lot through the DV and green card experience personally. What I said to Hansen I meant sincerely, if your going to be rude for no reason, go back to your own country. If his country was America then he needs to learn how to have manners and when in a manager uniform to not harass customers.
If I was in another country and was rude, I would expect the citizens to say the same thing to me. Actually, I have travelled to many countries and in Paris, they actually are just not fond of tourist. Your still nice and respectful to them as they are rude because it is THEIR COUNTRY. however, respect is earned not given and I am a firm believer in that.
I was respectful to both Jamie and Hansen when I walked in their store with corporate on the line. I was respectful when I asked the women for the item and waited by self check out. I was respectful while being asked to leave for no absolute reason. I was being respectful while they were rude and harassing me calling me sexual names I may add.
AFTER that disrespect, I recorded something that was not respectful because RESPECT IS EARNED NOT GIVEN all around the world.

Since everyone is already embarking on heaps of digital crimes, cyber bullying, Invasion of privacy, amongst many other things, I figured I shouldn’t WORRY about THIS video. ☺️
My lawyer has LOTS of evidence to go through, but the easiest part about digital evidence is it’s is ALL TRACEABLE. It’s actually a lot easier to process digital evidence than it is tangible evidence in a lab.
For example: when I pulled prints off a B&E scene when I worked with Lake County Sheriff’s Crime Scene Dept. In 2014, we took the prints back to the lab and processed them for fingerprints. We sometimes use different reagents that can take hours to process and cure. After we pull a print, we then would send the print to “fingerprints” they would try to match the prints to the prints that were in the database. Once they found a match, they would contact us. This could take a week plus sometimes. Sometimes WAYYY longer if the department doesn’t have their own lab and have to send it off. Example 2: Phil Gorman stole my Kimber Firearm the day of the DV and the sheriffs office who handled the case does NOT have their own crime scene lab, therefore they had to send the firearms to WA State Crime Lab to be processed which could take months to have results. Good thing with Phil Gorman is, USCIS sent him for his biometrics August 2019 so his fingerprints were already on file in the database.
BUT, with digital evidence, everything literally have a time stamp, a location, IP address, you know who took it and every place they sent the evidence too. It’s pretty interesting.
Lately, I been thinking … what if I’m low key just undercover and my specialty is digital evidence since crime scene was YAWN 🥱 boring for me and I didn’t love it. Forensics is FUN and a BLAST, but towards the end of my degree I was bored. I aced all my classes, I aced my capstone project on footprint 👣 evidence, and I was already on the deans list, presidents list, cum laude Latin honors, and graduating from WVU FIS program (number 2 in the world).
My professor from South Africa, one of my fav in the program, he came up to me during our last crime scene project before graduation and he’s like “what’s up, your chilling here”. I told him the truth, “I collected my evidence, I packaged my evidence, and I am bored. I don’t want to do this as my career forever. I don’t want to work my @$$ off with death, working crazy hours, to make crappy wages. I don’t want to use my gifts to benefit the corrupt govt and corrupt justice system. I want to work with delinquents as their brains 🧠 intrigue me”.
When I reflect on that conversation and day and reflect on the day I met Phil Gorman, Nov 9th 2018 and all the evidence I have since a month or so before meeting him, it makes me giggle a bit not going to lie. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR. Is all I have to say.
I wanted to work with criminals and understand why they operate the way they do THATS why I got the training and education I have, BUT I didn’t know that the universe was going to LITERALLY make me live with a criminal, marry a criminal, and be a witness to an immense amount of crimes this same criminal committed. Mix that with photographic memory, a big mouth, no fear, AFIS & IAI trainings and you got yourself a recipe for ______________.
