CO2 tables are made out of equal intervals with decreasing recovery times in between each round. This one was as follows: 2:30 on bag / 1 minute recovery 2:30 on bag / 30 sec recovery 2:30 on bag / 15 sec recovery 2:30 on bag / end of table I got hypoxic during the last round. I started shaking, nearly lost it.. Btw, for those of you curious about training tables, my training process and all the physiological aspects of breathplay this will all be discussed in the upcoming book. Meanwhile, you all play safe and remember that I never play alone and advocate you do the same

I was going for a 2:30 co2 table with 15 seconds recovery time and got hypoxic during the last round. Turns out I am having minor complications following the procedure so I wasn't really able to shoot anything over the weekend. I will attempt a bit of play tonight and I'll keep you all posted 💋

I had been meaning to use the hitachi but completely got lost in the moment and even pushed beyond 4 minutes. Stay tuned as I make my way towards the 5 minute mark, and beyond, on my quest for tremors and hypoxic bliss

This is a series of 2 minute rounds with a progressively smaller recovery time, down to 15 seconds in between the last 2 rounds. This exercise preps me for a 4 minutes round tonight, pushing it to 5 minutes if I can. Will add the hitachi then, to spice things up 🤭 I make absolutely no guarantee or claims about the results of tonight's attempt... For reference, I usually blackout after 5:30 to 6 minutes underwater, but rebreathing is different and much harder.
