Well our research has shown us that human bodies we're designed to sleep on semi hard surfaces. I had all kinds of back problems when I was younger.
We built a wooden platform (same height as a bed) We bought a rug that was the same size as a queen bed. Put a stretchy sheet on it. Boom done. Thats it.
I will tell you personally. My back problems went away. Completely. Everytime I have to sleep on a mattress or soft surface, my back hurts again. When I go back to the hard bed, poof, gone.

Yoga. I used to hate on it. Now I do the opposite 😂 It's amazing.
For me personally there is no better way to start the morning. Get all the juices flowing, meditate, relax, get nimble. No bullshit, yoga actually makes me a bit horny too, I don't know how or why 😂😂

Today was a rockin' day, unplanned, but it worked out okay 🥰 We're supposed to be getting a good amount of snow tomorrow, and I normally do deliveries Wednesday. So I did them today instead 🙏 It is reassuring to know that all the farms accounts (who we sell to) are loyal because that gives me the ability to do things like this.

Sort of a good morning but I have been up since 5 😜
Yesterday: I woke up, dishes, worked out my little pancake bum/calves, made food, Did all socials (posting/making), washed eggs for hours😶 , put together orders for eggs, microgreens, and the lube I make, Did chores at 3:30, tidied up outside for 15 minutes and took the goats on a walk 🙃 (Which is really just walking them around the property for 30-45 minutes for exercise and whatever forage they find) I was hoping to "pasture" them this winter for most of the time but with all the mud and random -30+ temps....thats not really a thing.
