I'm now 187.7lbs, 13.4st or 85kg, however you choose to measure body weight. I do literally only do pounds because it's a small unit of measurement so I can see more changes. Anyway, I've now lost 76.9lbs (5.4st or 34.8kg), got 47.7lbs to go! 21.5kg or 3.4st, I'm never converting weight measures like this again, this is a treat
