With 11 days to go I would be ecstatic if I can get this to 10-15%. Slow and steady is the key to this, it’s not my first stomach stretching month and it won’t be my last! Thanks for the encouragement so far, please keep sending your supportive messages! Just think how much we are going to enjoy December…..I can tackle it with a newly stretched, larger capacity stomach!!! I’m going to be a greedy goddess. X

But sometimes a girl just wants to eat a huge bowl of pasta and follow it up with donuts! I’m sure donuts swell in your belly, every time I stuff myself and eat donuts I seem to keep getting bigger for the next few hours!!!

2023-11-13 23:10:44 +0000 UTC View PostDay 10 of the 30 day challenge- You know what happened, I don’t need to tell you but I’m going to anyway 😉 I got home from work and I hadn’t planned my stuffing session, but I was in a mood to eat and be huge. I just went straight to the kitchen, opened the fridge and cupboards and started eating. Left over pasta and rice, bread, cheese, peppers, lettuce, yogurts, chips, cookies. Whatever was there, I ate! Lucky I don’t keep my kitchen well stocked or I might have been in trouble!!! I don’t feel massively stretched but I felt so heavy! I had to hold my belly up afterward to get comfortable!

I was invited out with my friends and as you know they are more than happy to watch me eat myself into looking like I’m ready to burst. I ordered the biggest plates of pasta on the menu and devoured it all. My friends encouraged me to eat more, and I couldn't resist! I ate and drank until my stomach was so full that it was stretched to its limits. It felt like a giant balloon about to pop! My friends were amazed at how much I ate even though they expect it from me. I was determined to keep going so got a dessert. I finally finished and leaned back in my chair, exhausted but satisfied. I was sat against a wall so couldn’t move back, my belly was pushed against the table, and my friends laughed as they watched me struggle to stand up. We walked out of the restaurant and I waddled to my car. When I got home, I collapsed on the couch and rubbed my belly. It was so big and round that I could barely see my thighs! I knew that I had eaten too much, but I didn't care! I struggled up and got some chocolate. I was happy eating until I nearly burst. X

I was a little disappointed so then chugged 2 litres straight after. Bad idea, this is the most stretch I have ever felt. It hurt. But I just wanted to keep eating and drinking till I was completely engorged and distended. I had to stop, it was just too much, but the challenge continues!! Sorry no sound on the longer Video, I messed up X

I was so hungry I ate my pasta too fast and drank 2 litres all in under 20 mins. I think it hit my stomach hard. A good stretching session but extremely uncomfortable and painful….can I get some words of encouragement please?! 🙏

I followed it up by chugging these two litres of water to fill in all the gaps and expand my stomach!! I felt a little sick after this!

You can see my belly get tighter as the video goes along. I could feel the stretch so much this time, you can see the last swallow was extremely difficult!! So far I’m feeling good and excited to keep going with this. I think the results will be impressive.

Here I’m drinking the last half litre, you can see the last little bit did not want to go down. Stomach capacity training is different to stuffing. When you do a stuffing you have hours maybe even all day to get as big as possible. When you capacity train you have to do it fast to stretch your stomach. Both are fun 😊

Then I chugged two litres of water in 15 mins. Stomach is well stretched for day 1. I could feel it after the first litre but you have to keep going! You need to train hard to stretch your stomach! I can literally feel it stretching! I feel like an athlete!!! Please cheer me on!!! x x

I regularly stretch my stomach to make sure it can hold massive meals but now is the time to hit new levels. This November I’ll be starting a 30-day stomach stretching challenge. The goal is to gradually increase the amount of food and water I can eat in one sitting, so that by the time December comes I can eat more than ever before. I can be a really greedy goddess leading into 2024. I’m confident that I can do it, as I have done it before and I'm excited to see how much I can increase my capacity by the end of the month. Here's my plan: 1 - Have a big meal every night and drink lots of water after to stretch myself, very gradually increasing the size. It’s a marathon not a sprint. 2 - Do this daily to keep the stretch going 3 - Weekly, I will really go for it and put away as much food as I can to see how much I have stretched myself I'm excited to see how this challenge goes, and I'll be sure to document my progress on my profile along the way. But I need your help, this challenge is all about stretching my stomach to hold more food and drink, to get as big as possible from one gluttonous sitting. How can you help: 1- Give me likes on my post so I know you’re supporting me 2 - Leave me encouraging comments like “you can do it, keep going” This challenge will be hard, and I can’t tell you how much your likes and comments help me eat.
