Many of you have asked about my Keto diet .. here is just a drink I try to have daily -1tsp of turmeric (amazing antioxidant which is huge preventing cancer, etc, increases testosterone which is the sex hormone for both xx & yx sexes not just men!!!!!, also ,too much of it can cause an increase in kidney stones and sometimes contribute to baldness so .. watch out lol) -1 tbs of vinagre (great alkaline , however, your body is already very good at balancing your ph unless you have certain illnesses , also good for skin glowing and digestion) - half a 🍋 (great detoxification!!! Your liver cleans your whole body, from what you put on skin, scalp to what you drink, eat.. lemon water detoxifies your liver ) -tart cherry extract (increase endurance,decrease muscle soreness , reduce inflammation) -Himalayan salt (another alkaline booster , richer in calcium than table salt and lower in sodium) 😉 💋
