Time to get to the pharmacy for an ice pack or two.
Today's work had to be put back 24 hours.
Strained/pulled calf muscle. 3hour drive back from Cardiff yesterday followed by a 7 mile run. Run was what I'd normally do but it felt sluggish, but not unexpected given the drive back. Last mile it started to come on. I went out today and had to walk back after a mile.
My job for today is to study this video and remember as many of these positions as possible. I've also got some webcamming to do.
