i recently asked myself the question what a woman really longs for... i think we long for recognition and for fun in life! we love to have fun and also laugh a lot... life is too short to not have fun 🤭 but we also need a stable shoulder on which we can lean and which gives us a lot of strength in difficult times... we often have mood switches and no easy times! i know that men are very quickly turned off but behind every mountain comes a valley again :) i think you know what i mean and can certainly understand me i have something very important to share with you today and i need you in my dms today.. thank you ❤️

my weekend has been very relaxed so far 😊 I've discovered a new love for rice pudding, which I always eat with protein powder and add fruit to it. After that I went straight to the gym and set a new record. I was very surprised that I finally found a gym that really has enough equipment for me. after that i went home and had a shake! now i'm sitting here and writing this text hoping someone likes my day 🥲 feel free to write me how your weekend has been so far

My Sunday was incredibly relaxed, like it hasn't been in a long time. I woke up early at 6 a.m. because I had a nightmare and found myself all alone in my bed. Unable to fall back asleep, I decided to watch a bit of my favorite series. I just love love shows! Afterwards, I made myself a sweet bowl and did some stretching exercises. It feels so good, especially when the sun warms me up. After yoga, I got dressed and saw a friend in the park. We played a few card games and read our books. In the evening, I walked back home and cooked myself a meal. That was my Sunday. 😋

My weekend was pretty lonely, and I didn't do much. On Saturday morning, I still had a few patients! Since I had too many from the previous week, I had to treat them and once again had to work overtime 😆. After I managed to handle all the patients, I went to the movies with a friend and we got nachos and popcorn. The film was really scary, and I got startled quite often. In the evening, I watched a series and then went to bed early. On Sunday morning, I went for a run, and afterwards, I went to the gym. The workout session was really hard and the picture shows the result of a couple of months of training!
