Started off my day 3 in Termoli. I'm glad that I got to see this place because it's such a perfect representation of how I always pictured Italy. The neighborhoods streets are on uneven ground so the result of how everything looks is quite unique. There's a little castle fortress there but unfortunately it wasn't open to the public that week. The food we had that evening was awesome because it was specific to that region. Things like stuffed squid and seafood tomato soup are some popular dishes you can get there. We ordered so much stuff because it was hard to choose. Although I preferred all the fish dishes to my pasta as I found it a bit bland so I tried to put in some tomato sauce to fix it. I got some coffee and did more walking. Every narrow alleyway seemed to lead to a different scenic view, whether it be an ocean view or someone's beautiful house. Then I ended the day to do some last minute shopping for some clothing because I had lost my luggage (thankfully it was delivered to us days after) at this really ultra cheap chinese store on the road that we found. That concludes my day 3 of Italy!

Day 2 was mostly a travel day, I got to see the train station at Milan. I was hungry so I grabbed this yummy looking salmon bagel and waited for my train to arrive. It wasn't much more for first class which was nice because the seats were really comfy to take a nap in as I didn't get much sleep the previous night. The train ride was about 5 hours. We were stopping at this town called "Termoli" which I've previously never heard of but was invited by a family member to stay at. I arrived at night time and was really happy to see how beautiful the hotel was, it reminded me of Greece a little bit and it was also right next to the ocean.

I've been to Milan, one resort town and one mountain village so far and I'm already on the page that I want a place in Italy. I'll visit a couple more places before I completely make up my mind.

Got to go to the Duomo cathedral. The photos do not do it justice. I was hoping to go back with my dslr. Had to stop and stare for a moment at the grandeur of its interiors. Had my first Gelato, got chocolate orange flavor, I loved every bite of it! Got to see the exterior of a castle which was insane. Ended the night at a restaurant where I got authentic Milanese food cooked for me by a grandma. Spent the rest of the day exploring Milan.
That concludes my first day in Italy

My first day was in Milan. I started off napping in this capsule thing at the airport waiting for my hotel check in because the plane was so uncomfortable. I then checked in to my hotel, it was surprisingly very cheap! The neighborhood I found was 40 mins away from Milan but taking the subway was no issue!
