While take pics on a tripod you can get more of "me" in the frame, sometimes I think the causal nature of holding the phone and snapping a pic for you guys works out really well 😏

I was giving myself some more boob-age lol I like my boobs, not to worry. I was just playing around! Its interesting how if I am bulking or cutting (because breasts are mainly made up of fat) how much their size can ebb and flow. I have fun at all ranges of my size lol

Only hit a couple little walls here and there with some lifts. But overall I'm focused on progression and make sure I do "more" than last time. That could be more weight or an extra rep, and I focus that on my main movement of each workout. I can rattle on forever.....lol (wow my breathing in this video was loud!! Sorry!)

The once a month time I do my hair for the day lol I tend to just let it go and air dry and it works out pretty well! I work out so much and pretty much roll out of bed and go! 🏎
