Ever heard of blue light therapy? I used to do it a lot and have re-tried it over the years with my skin and trying to improve the quality of it (yes yes you all are very nice and will be very complimentary 😘) But I have struggled with acne for over a decade. And its actually gotten worse the last few years. Something that I kept personally dealing with and adjusting to but I had to call it at some point. I have waited over 15 months to pull the trigger but I have decided to start Accutane. Its a big step, a lot of commitment and its really tough on my body and skin but after 6 months the hope is that my acne issue will be reduced by about 80%. So I have tanned up the best I can because I have to be really careful about sun and light exposure the next 6 months.. one last tan hoorah! It was a long decision, calculated into my life and what I would like to do and thats something I will be starting next week. So wish me luck! You guys are the only ones who have any idea I am starting this! Anyways - sorry for the novel. Appreciate you all and I'm really looking forward to having clear skin!! 💛🙃
