They don't like super hot weather so try to keep them out of direct summer sun. Clip the flowers as they fade to encourage more blooms. Water whenever the soil feels dry to the touch. π

This piece is inspired by La Goulue, a French cabaret dancer who was the star of the Moulin Rouge cabaret in Paris! She was known to chug mens drinks while performing ππΈ This piece was made using loads of chicken wire and hearty flowers that could last longer in the heat! We placed water bottles inside the installation to hydrate the flowers π¦π What do you think? ππ

Although originally orange, the flower now also comes in yellow and a reddish colour. The sturdy leaves are slightly hairy and point upwards along the stem. Make sure your oleander is getting full sun and the soil around the shrub is kept constantly moist. Then prune back the plant to about half of its size, making cuts just above a leaf node. Flowers will develop on new wood as it grows.π±πΏπ³πͺ΄

Rice flower is compact with evergreen with fine-textured and scented green foliage. I absolutely love how these look with white roses π€
