A laughable struggle to fit the dress over Bellas supremely fattened ass ensues, and once they finally manage to stuff her into the poor, outgrown gown, it’s clear a little “help” is needed. There’s another struggle to squeeze Bella’s giant, overgrown, fattened gut into Spanx, in which Bella rests her belly on her put upon publicists head for awhile. When they finally manage to pack this 300 lb woman into a 200 lb sack, her gut is still round and protruding, far too fat to be contained by shapewear. The publicist decides to let her client take the night off while she tries to think of some way to turn this weight gain into a story she can spin. Lots of size contrast and stuck in clothes struggles, as well as the fattest Bella has possibly ever been on camera!!
