Second try. A lesson on silicone. OF flagged one of my photos so I'm trying this again So I went to add silicone today and had to abort. I will explain the process and reasons in detail for those of you wanting to know more about silicone. The last add I had done in the shaft was 25cc in March, and all that growth had tapered off by now and I wanted to do another small add in the 12 o'clock dorsal center shaft, and as distal towards the head as possible. My distribution has ended up lighter in this area so I am wanting to grow it to give me an even amount of girth all around. (Right now there is more meat on the underside than the top) Disinfected and prepped my area and materials, then took a shower and scrubbed my entire body with antibacterial soap. After air drying I disinfected my hands then put on sterile gloves using proper sterile procedure and prepped my injection site. When placing the catheter, you have to pierce the skin layers and then push through any hardened encapsulated silicone (mostly firm collagen) and then reach a zone between the skin and the superficial fascia that wraps around the erectile tissue. This is quite easy before any type of fillers have been used but it gets difficult once you have grown a bit. After placing the catheter I drew out the desired amount of silicone filler into a syringe and connected it to the catheter with a short IV extension, both of these items were sterile until opening, and touched nothing except my sterile gloves. As I started to inject the silicone the catheter worked its way out because I had inserted it too shallow. Usually you want at least an inch and I had called it good enough at about a half inch, this was my mistake. It was hard finding a place to insert the needle in the desired area and I just hoped it was good enough. When the catheter fell out, I used sterile gauze to apply pressure to the injection site while a prepared a bandaid with liquid skin on the pad of the bandaid. I then applied the bandaid with pressure for over a minute until the site was sealed. All the materials used were forfeit. I threw them all away including the silicone I had drawn from the sterile container. When working with sterile tools you must dispose of them, you can't save anything to be reused again. I still have some silicone left, and might try again next week after today’s site has fully healed.

OK so I want to make a quick post about my current medications. I was talking with a few of the guys and the stuff I'm on right now keeps my libido at insane levels, my erections are constant and long lasting, and my refractory periods are almost nonexistent. Currently I am still maintaining a high volume of cum and ejaculating an average of five times a day. During sex I often will cum inside and stay hard and continue stroking until eventually cumming again. While I have always had a high sex drive, I can positively say that the medications greatly contribute to this, as I am approaching 42 this year I haven't performed like this since i was in my 20s. For reference, I am a 41 year old male, 6'6" tall and weighing in right now at 295lbs. My bodyfat is in the high teens, and in addition to PPL split workouts I am doing between 30 and 60 minutes of cardio (bike) every day. I have been on TRT for 3 years constant, and have experience with steroids. I get a full panel bl**dwork every 30 to 60 days. Bodymass and individual sensitivity and reactions play a HUGE factor in the dosage and interaction of medications, do not take my anecdotal results as an indicator of what will work for you, do not take any medications without the supervision of a doctor. To start, I'm drinking a gallon of water per day at a bare minimum. I am trying to get the majority if not all the water down by lunch. If i finish off the gallon I will drink more water with meals or when thirst etc but don't have a hard goal after the first gallon is finished. I am taking the FULL "cum stack" daily. I went back and edited the list to add yohimbine. In addition to general male health and erectile health, yohimbine can help reduce prolactin. The steroids I am on were causing high levels of prolactin which would make it hard to cum during sex. I would be hard as a rock all night but never able to cum. Adding Yoh counteracted the prolactin and restored normal function. TRT. This is my personal TRT regimen. 500IU HCG 2x/week 200mg Test C 2x/week 1mg Anastrozole 2x/week (prevent excess test from aromatizing into estrogen) To this I have added the following meds 100mg Tren E 2x/week 100mg Mast E 2x/week 25mg Proviron 3x/day Tren can have extreme side effects so titrating a minimal dose and carefully monitoring is essential. Tren E and Mast E are the enanthate versions, mostly you can get them in A or E, the A is acetate and lasts for a couple days, the E is the long form that lasts for considerably longer and is slower acting. So I can take it on my test/trt injection days instead of pinning every other day. Every single one of these meds (other than anastrozole) cause an increase in libido, arousal levels, and sexual performance. I get hard instantly with even the slightest stimulation, and can stay hard as long as I want, including through multiple rounds of sex. I feel like I need to cum constantly and no matter how much I do I always have more. Of course this regimen is great for building muscle and losing fat as well. I wrote this as an explainer, but please do not try to duplicate without medical observation and building up to a proper regimen that is tailored to your body. Everyone reacts differently to meds and you will need to gradually build up to a stack so you can properly titrate dosages and know what side effects are coming from what substance. Jumping straight to another persons full regimen would have disastrous results. Also frequent and detailed bloodwork is extremely important, so your doctor can know if you start having adverse effects like kidney or liver damage.
