The problem with silicone fillers is that your growth is very unpredictable. I added 100cc, over the course of two sessions in the fall of 2022. Thankfully my natural size means that 100cc is still a very small amount compared to my initial volume, but the encapsulation has been uneven and is less than ideal. My only solutions going forward is 1. love myself as I am, or 2. try to add small amounts to the areas that are low to compensate and even it out. Seeing as I'm almost ten inches around currently, that doesn't leave me a lot of room to add any more filler for shaping and keep my wife happy. Plus I'm still slowly growing almost a year later.
