Physical illness comes suddenly and goes away before you know it. It is really a nuisance.
Recently, I have managed to regain my energy by cooking for myself again.
I think I have been eating too much just because it is my favorite food and seasoning.
I've calmed down by not being greedy, keeping the portions to a minimum, and going to bed when I feel sleepy.
It is true that food makes my body of tomorrow, and I realized that I need to eat well and sleep well. It's no wonder.
My migraines, which used to be unbearably painful, became much better after I started taking painkillers instead of enduring them as the doctor told me to do.
I wonder what was really going on. Every time I have a painful or hard time, I check if it's a bad year or not, but it's different every time, which makes me laugh.

Recently, I have been watching and reading anime and manga that interest me.

The sofa I am using now is a large sofa that cost over 100,000 yen, which I bought after I started living alone.
(It may be a normal size outside of Japan, but Japanese houses are basically small, so the size of all the furniture in the house is small.)
I really like this sofa, which occupies half of the room, because it can hold a futon and other thick items inside.
Unfortunately, however, the softness varies from place to place, which causes me to hurt my back whenever I lie down in the wrong position.
