Hi guys, I won't be here for the next 3-5 days🥲because I’m faced with health problems (my doctor recommended giving up my phone, TV, etc.) This was my first panic attack in my life ... and now I need medical and psychological treatment. So far, my bl.od pressure and panic attacks don’t allow me to return to normal life, but I’m doing everything possible and the predictions about the treatment are positive I hope for your understanding, because I feel guilty when I don't do content lol P.
