Just me trying not to cry as I’m doing this banded squat bounce finisher exercise that looks much easier than it is! Especially after squats, walking barbell lunges, kickbacks and sled walks. Someone’s gotta keep this booty big and round 🥵

Today I learnt about the physics of sound within our voice system, calculating by hand harmonic rates and spent most of the afternoon staring at spectrographs (that look a startling amount like ink-blot patterns from serial killer documentaries, not that I'm obsessed with them or anything ... 🙄) determining resonance and voice features of people post neurological injury to help diagnose conditions... Safe to safe my brain is as good as mushed peas -
