Oof, this is hard to admit but I bit off more than I could chew. I cannot believe the cost of home ownership, and I cannot sustain it yet. I am effectively backing out of my to be first block home and I'll be renting elsewhere while I save for a parcel. Even though I despise moving again, I'm doing it for self preservation.
