Doing a little extra stitching before these loaves go in the fridge for the night. This helps tighten up the dough a little so it maintains its shape and has a nice vertical rise in the oven instead of spreading out wide.
I was a little flustered after the mouse situation and the dough had gotten a little dry from sitting out so it didn’t stitch as well. That’s the reason for the angry muttering 😅
Update on the mice, i have trapped 5 of them over the last few days… really hoping there aren’t many more because I’m already pretty grossed out about it.

After the whole mouse during the livestream fiasco I completely forgot to upload the rest of the videos from my bread making the other night! Here is part 1, the pre-shape. I will screen record the livestream video too so i can edit out my face and post it in its entirety.
