I would recommend y’all pose and stretch occasionally. It’s probably the number one thing you can do for mobility in the upper body

Some rack pulls from today. I was not feeling recovered enough in the shoulder department to do deficit conventional so I did these.
A lot of people do these incorrectly by lining up anywhere other than bar over mid foot and sitting back too much so they can squat with weight with the legs. This is a hip hinge with little leg drive, not a squat. You will be potentially sabotaging yourself for technique that is weaker after 3 weeks of properly hinging. Use chalk at all cost.
