Crazy how even one day of doing something good has even minimal notable side effects. My post trot was just that, minimal, but notable. It was more effortless, and that has me so excited. Idk if it's mentality change or quick physical change, but it's doing something.

Did the gym and feel better for it. I'm even excited to go tomorrow. Tomorrow I get to do that, and go for a ride, with my dogs, maybe see if Suki will let me shoot a few rounds off on her. Idk if she's ever had a handgun shot off her back, but it's just a .22 so I guess we'll find out
