I have been dealing with chronic pain and particular issues that I am now getting tested for. It looks like I may have had an autoimmune disorder I ignored for years. I can’t look at any screens for very long because I am getting frequent headaches/migraines (still investigating why they are happening too) I have never felt so exhausted and unhealthy but I have been waking up at 5am for a few weeks now and spending all my time away from blue light and trying to be active for my health. I will be back to taking pictures and instead of messaging I can do discord calls because it is much easier on my eyes/head and i don’t have to look at a screen for hours. I also just feel closer to people when we talk over the phone, tbh because I am sick I am spending so much time alone. I spent hundreds of dollars on medication and doctors appointments/specialists alone last month. I have several appointments booked this week too so I have taken time off uni.
