I love celebrating with you if you're addicted to coffee like most of the world is.
I am not.
I used to drink decaf coffee, and when I was diagnosed with breast cancer my oncologist and my surgeon told me to stop drinking coffee, even decaf. So I did!
I wish all addictions were this easy to overcome.
Plus, it's a nasty business.
I used to know the founder of Starbucks because he was good friends with a boss I had a couple decades ago and man was this guy ever a giant asshole! So I've never shopped at Starbucks as a result.

This film was not what I expected… Oh, man… It’s so dark and SOOO GOOD.
The chi*ld who plays Norma Jean as a ch*ild should get some sort of award for sure.
I totally understand why it got a 14 minute standing ovation at the 2022 Venice Film Festival.
I also understand the people who are giving it bad reviews. They're all morons! For example, I was listening to a talk show today and someone was saying she could only watch it for 10 minutes because it was hard to watch and it was just too much. Then later on she confesses that she had just watched the Jeffrey Dahmer series on Netflix and she wasn't in the mood for something dark again. You dumb ass… that's no way to review a film.
I also believe all the people who are saying that this is degrading to Marilyn … It's not. It's based on a book and assuming these things happened in her life, any person who respects and loves women would think this is a brilliant film because it shows things the way they really are… Marilyn or not.
If you're a beautiful yo*ung woman, you can be objectified and sexualized - no matter what career you're in - you can be treated like a piece of meat, and back in the day before the METOO movement, things like this happened all the time. When I worked in the movie business I got the most disgusting men trying to do disgusting things to me that I would not tolerate. And it went on at non-entertainment jobs.
It only stopped when I was no longer you*ng. Then I became invisible to men, which was a fucking relief!!!
There's one scene where she's high and she's walking through the crowd to go to one of her premieres and all the men are yelling "Marilyn! Marilyn! Marilyn!" and their mouths are distorted in a grotesque way. I have a feeling a lot of people didn't even notice this. That was a brilliantly artistic scene.
Brilliantly directed, filmed, the cast was superb and leaves you thinking about BLONDE for days. Highly recommended!!!!

I had a lot of fun when I used to get gel nails. Never again tho, and it's not just because it's not something I can afford since I retired. They're so bad for my nails! They were paper thin after I let them grow out. #notcool
This is something I wrote about two years ago.
Life is filled with struggle and unfortunate circumstances, and I live a victorious life and accept nothing but miracles!
All of these issues have been resolved and so many more, that weren't mentioned in this graphic.
I have a new landlord and have new issues with them that will most likely go to mediation since they're such idiots - - - but so what?
They're all first world problems!!!
I know I will conquer every obstacle that comes my way, with a smile on my face, while I wield my power of intention and victory!!
I filmed this at the height of the heat wave here… Being able to cuddle with a block of ice was the only way to survive once I went to bed, even with two fans going… Praise be!
This solid block of ice would be completely melted within about 3-1/2 hours when we were in the 90s. When it's 10 degrees cooler, by the time I wake up in the morning, there's still some unmelted ice inside.
I'm preparing for our second heatwave.....
But I'll take a heatwave any day compared to the hurricanes that are happening to my friends in Florida… So worried about them, and my heart always goes out first and foremost to all the innocent animals who are hurt or killed in these natural disasters.

I was able to block out from my video this incredibly dangerous guy lighting up his meth pipe at the school across the street from me, and you can HEAR him ranting.

This is what we're living with here in LA County, with piece of shit Gascon, and the even bigger piece of shit who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, Newsom, in charge.
Smoking crack in front of a school is nothing the police will do anything about because an arrest can't be made for that.
Can you believe it? I can't. None of my neighbors can. The people that are activists such as myself can't.

When Covid hit I was blonde. I saw a casual acquaintance on Facebook who had beautiful pale pink hair that I was thinking about doing myself.
She was a hairdresser and I asked her for the recipe… What did she use to make her hair pink? I told her what my natural hair color was, etc.
Another lesson learned! Don't trust people you don't personally know to give you a hair color recipe!!!
She had me buy all the stuff and it turned my hair a combination eggplant/magenta. I was upset to say the least. It took me about eight months for my hair to grow out plus I was washing it with Dawn dishwashing liquid, thx to Brother Google, trying to get rid of this color that was awful.
These pix are the before (blonde) and after, about 5 months after coloring my hair super dark.
I of course showed pix to this woman and asked her WTF? She never apologized, so she's dead to me. How come people are so awful?

If you live in Los Angeles County and are aware about piece of shit George Gascon, then you know what he's doing.
He's beginning to take all his excellent deputy district attorneys who prosecute murder cases, and the like, and sending them off to handle misdemeanor cases, because they do not support Gascon.
HE'S A GROWN ASS MAN AND IS KICKING & SCREAMING IN RETALIATION!!!
Gascon is the worst of the worst, deserves to rot in in hell because of what he's done since he took office almost 2 years ago. All the people who have lost loved ones to murderers hate Gascon and all the murderers love Gascon, because Gascon doesn't believe in prisons, doesn't believe in punishing crime, and lets crime run rampant in this county, which is the motivating factor for me to move. I can't because I don't have the money to but I'm playing the lotto and am determined to win so that I can get out of this hellhole that Gascon, Newsom and people like them have created.
FYI, Gascon wanted to pretend the monster on meth who broke into my place and rap*ed me at knifepoint DIDN'T use a knife. He calls that a "special circumstance" and I fought and WON to keep the knife IN for the trial.
But why did I have to be re-victimized by Gascon over something that clearly should never have been an issue?
My situation is lightweight in comparison to all the victims whose babies have been brutally murdered, etc., and who Gascon is reducing sentences for or just releasing them, because he doesn't think prison should exist.

I've boycotted Disney in general since I worked on the Ren & Stimpy Show in the 90s.
There were so many artists working in our studio who came from Disney and told horror stories about that place. They're evidently bigots and it's a harsh company to work for.
And now with Disney's granddaughter coming out with all these horrifying truths, I hope more people will boycott Disney.

When I was in my Lyft ride after my chiropractor appointment - my first chiro visit in nearly 4 years ..... on the back of the front seat was an iPad tuned to a page where I could select whatever music I wanted to play, buy movie tickets, and more!
I actually recorded a video of this with my voiceover, but it ended up being three seconds long so I guess I need to stop drinking in the middle of the day… Not really. Lol
My chiropractor told me during my treatment that he got Covid because he went to the movies - and though he wore a mask and had been vaxxed, he removed his mask to eat popcorn. OY.
Everybody I know, including my friends in their 20s and 30s, all seem to have gotten Covid because they weren't wearing their mask.
I think we all know vaxes and boosters are supposed to keep you from dying, but will not prevent Covid.
I personally believe masks prevent Covid.
I'm all about staying healthy and protecting others.

When I was yo*ung, I was very sad, lost, confused, insecure and just downright miserable.
This is me with my sweet kitty Idol. Yes, I named her after Billy, who I knew at the time.
I'm pretty sure this is me in my mid-30s when my second ex husband did one of his many stay-out-all-night-doing-coke after work binges, and we would always have horrible fights afterwards.
Idol was my comfort kitty. Man oh man, I'm so glad I learned everything I did from that pathetic marriage.
NEVER AGAIN.
I'm incredibly proud of myself for getting myself on the right track to having a happy life, which I did in spurts throughout my life, starting in my late 20s ... and for the last 12 years I've been doing high quality self development.
And for the last four years, after being rap*ed at knifepoint by a vagrant on meth who broke into my security-alarmed apartment, I accept my superwoman status given to me by all who know me. Despite my PTSD.
Much of my amazing deep changes stem from going thru such horrible nightmare experiences in real life - I could've crumbled, but that's not my style. Instead, I find the right professionals to help me navigate thru the pain. And I learn and grow and become even happier than I could have ever imagined.
