I’m feeling fairly good today. As always in life, the best thing we can do is focus on the immediacy of the present moment we are experiencing. Currently I’m juicing lemons and ginger and celery for my continued vitality (POV: ur lemon juice), then going to a yoga class. So you’ll hear some tunes from me after that.
