My belly, stretched and taut, protested with every swallow. Yet, a relentless compulsion pushed me onward, another meal beckoning, another wave of discomfort waiting to crest. Now, I'm here with an aching, bloated belly, struggling to finish off the last of my food before retiring to bed.
