Fueled by poor impulse control, I chased down a mountain of food with the classic Coke and Mentos combo. Now, I'm trapped in a burping, bloated purgatory, desperately trying to contain the internal volcano. Regret is a bitter aftertaste – almost as bad as the explosive fizzy eruption that seems imminent.

The day began innocently enough but spiraled into an unending feast. Every bite, once a pleasure, now felt like adding another brick to the wall in my stomach. My belly, stretched and taut, protested with every swallow. Yet, a relentless compulsion pushed me onward, another meal beckoning, another wave of discomfort waiting to crest. Now, I'm here with an aching, bloated belly, struggling to finish off the last of my food before retiring to bed.
